Brief

The Sustainable Restaurant Association approached Overthrow Digital to help build a cost effective consumer facing member directory, campaign site. It had to be packed with features, fully responsive and also integrate with their existing Sales and account management teams internal workflows.

Solution

The team at Overthrow spent a long time working with the SRA team to fully understand their workflow, in order to create a future proof system that fitted precisely with their long wish list. The website fully integrates with SalesForce, features a member login that captures user data for the organisations own records and presents this to consumers in a dynamic restaurant and catering supplier directory. Visitors can search by map location, post-code, cuisine type or name to find their perfect next sustainable meal out. The website is fully integrated with social media, news feeds, allows the client to run campaigns, competitions and publish a lively magazine.

The team at Overthrow also managed to turn the design from the SRA to Food Made Good brand, when the client decided on a new consumer face for the project half way through the process.

Result

The website successfully helped the Sustainable Restaurant Association launch it’s new consumer facing sub brand, Food Made Good. The members directory is also helping them plug information gaps that existed with their members information and providing them with a better CRM database.
